Once you find a practitioner whose profile resonates with you, simply click to book an 'Introductory Session' to begin your journey.
#2. What can I expect during my Introductory Session?
The initial session is a dedicated, no-pressure space for you and your chosen therapist to connect. It is an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and understand how you might work together. Most importantly, it allows you to ensure you feel entirely comfortable, safe, and aligned with your therapist before committing to an ongoing treatment plan.
#3. What are the rates?
We operate on a tiered fee structure to provide accessible, high-quality care across our multi-disciplinary team.
Fees vary depending on whether you consult with a General, Senior or Principal practitioner. For a detailed breakdown of each therapist's specific rates, please visit our booking portal.
#4. Do you offer both in-person and online therapy?
Yes. We offer the flexibility of both in-person sessions at our Singapore clinic and secure online sessions for our global clientele.
You can select your preferred format when filtering for a therapist and making your booking. (If a specific therapist only offers one format, this will be clearly indicated on their profile.)

#7. Is what I share in therapy completely confidential?
Absolutely. We adhere strictly to the ethical and professional guidelines of the leading psychological associations. Everything you discuss with your therapist, alongside your clinical records, remains strictly confidential. The very rare, legally mandated exceptions to this rule (such as an immediate risk of severe harm) will be clearly explained to you during your Introductory Session.
#8. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unexpected events can arise. However, to ensure our practitioners can offer their time to other clients who may need support, we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full session fee.
