> Dr OM & Associates is a multidisciplinary psychotherapy and mental healthcare practice based in Singapore, founded by Dr Oberdan Marianetti. The practice provides personalised mental healthcare for individuals, couples, families and children through its Adaptive Care Model (ACM), connecting self-guided tools, structured assessments, psychotherapy and intensive therapeutic support. Services include individual and relationship psychotherapy, the Essence Blueprint Review, Digital Mind AI, and individual and couples intensive therapy programmes. Care is provided by a multidisciplinary team of clinicians with different specialisations, in person in Singapore and online where appropriate.

> The practice is home to Integrative Essence Therapy (IET), an original psychological framework developed by Dr Oberdan Marianetti. IET explores the relationship between a person's authentic Essence, learned psychological Scripts and their degree of Alignment, helping individuals understand underlying needs, recognise habitual patterns and move towards greater psychological well-being. The framework also informs The Essence Method, an upcoming book, educational resources and self-reflection tools.
